Falcons @ Jaguars tips: Game pick and best prop bets for NFL London

The Atlanta Falcons (2-1) clash with the Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2) at Wembley Stadium on Sunday afternoon (14:30pm BST).

Falcons @ Jaguars game pick

The first NFL London game of the season takes place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday when the Atlanta Falcons ‘visit’ the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jags are a -2.5 favourite on the spread and although Atlanta is a winning team and they aren’t, there’s good reason for that.

The Falcons are reliant on running the ball. They rushed for 130 against Carolina and won and then 200-plus against Green Bay and won.

The Lions limited them to 44 rushing yards and they could only come up with six points and Desmond Ridder just doesn’t seem to have the targets to execute in the red zone.

Jacksonville have fared OK in that department and there’s also going to be an air of desperation about them. They can’t afford to drop to 1-3 on the season.

Bet: Jacksonville Jaguars -2.5

Falcons @ Jaguars prop bets

The big question is, can the Falcons get their rush on? Jacksonville allowed 115 yards per game last season and they’ve tightened things up so far this season.

Prop bet: Atlanta Falcons under 132.5 rushing yards

It doesn’t seem like Ridder completely trusts Kyle Pitts and if the run game is on point then his opportunities are limited. But will it be?

He has recorded 41 and 44 receiving games so far this season, so it only takes a couple of good completions to blow his line out of the water.

Prop bet: Kyle Pitts over 30.5 receiving yards

Seems like we’re all in on the Falcons failing to make the most of their run game, so we’ll take a stab at finding a Jaguars touchdown scorer.

Cartavious Bigsby has lived up to his billing as Tank having battered his way to two touchdowns on just 23 yards, but we’ll look elsewhere.

Travis Etienne Jr has 49 carries and 205 yards so far this season, so it’s only a matter of time before one of those sees him put points on the board.

Prop bet: Travis Etienne Jr to score a touchdown
